“The front desk lady was very informative, prompt, and went above and beyond by allowing us to switch our room based on the fact that she knew we had a lot of luggage (our room was originally on the second floor). “The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down.
