“The carpet was a bit dirty in the room. The trashes on the floor were overflowing. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. The manager was very helpful in refunding us for the extra we paid for the pull out couch.”

“The room was excellent - very clean and well-appointed, comfortable bed, and it was a nice quiet night. It is very convenient, across from Gateway Mall in Springfield. We arrived late at night, however, and the water in the shower was only lukewarm. That applied throughout the two of us showering. In fairness, the hotel was being remodeled, so maybe that will be sorted out. The breakfast was low-key - toaster waffles or white bread, yogurt, plastic-wrapped pastries, cereal in the lobby. ……

“Hands down, this is the worst place that we have ever stayed. Due to it being Parents Weekend, everything that was half decent was booked so we were overcharged on a rat trap. It smelled, the small pillows and sheets were do dingy that we went out to buy extra pillows and a blanket. The smell was so bad, we left the next day. Unfortunately, I prepaid so we couldn't get a refund. We would of been better off sleeping in our car. To the owner of this establishment, spend the money that you're……
