“Great location, cozy, clean,peaceful....we will be back”

“We were traveling from Florida,just looking for some snow and secluded spot.We have 3 German Shepherds,one of them is not friendly.Joe’s spot was was just what we needed.We got the whole mountain all to ourselves,easy drive,lots of snow and fun.Saw a deer on our hike.Will definitely be back,my favorite place to be ,didnt want to leave.”

“Very clean and cozy. The outside temps were never warmer than 25 F but the inside was always warm and comfy. We could stream on the wifi, and we also had cell service. The owner was responsive to any questions. GPS took us right where we needed to be, and it was dark.”

“Cabin was located perfectly about 20- 30 minutes from Winterplace. The Cabin was clean and cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but they came right over to fix it. Very friendly. ”

“What an absolute beautiful place to stay! Our grandkids from Florida wanted to see snow. This place became available and I'm beyond thrilled every thing turned out as it should! Not a bad drive to the Ski resort. We loved it all! Super clean and fully stocked! Looking forward to future stays! Joe was great!!”

“Our family had an amazing stay at Mountain Mama’s Cabin! The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The cabin itself was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our large group.The downstairs playroom was a huge hit with the kids! It was great having a dedicated space for them to enjoy, and while some of the games and equipment showed signs of past enjoyment, it didn’t detract from the experience.What……

“Enjoyed the property and home. Clean and cozy. Only suggestion is to advise visitors to take screen shots of GPS directions as you travel to and from house as you will lose and house is hard to find without. ”

“We had a great time seeing all the sites near the New River Gorge area. This cabin was nice and cozy, very clean. Being able to turn the gas heater up a bit after being outside in the cool weather sure does warm the bones. Cabin is on a quiet dead end drive. Road is narrow and had a small washout from all the rain, my only complaint but not Toms fault.”

“Although about 5 minutes from Rt. 19, the location of the rental has a nice forest view from the deck with no neighbors in sight. The floor plan accommodated my group of five well and, upon arrival, the cabin was exceptionally clean- it even smell nice. If it is important to you, the outdoor are was every bit as nice as the cabin itself.”

“My trip to this cabin was amazing! So secluded, yet very close to SO many trails and parks! I enjoyed every minute. Clean cabin, everything you need, grill, hot tub (a nice plus) and all utensils, dishes, etc. Very Very nice! The Owners are extremely nice and very receptive. I will be going back.”

“This cabin was wonderful and the booking was easy. The host Billie was also excellent with communication. It is a slight challenge to get up the hill to the cabin but as long as you have 4 wheel or AWD you should be fine. My teens and I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.”

“Great location. I-pad check in didn't work in house and contacted host and he just directed us to their website instead of looking into the issue. Other than that no other issues. We went after bridge day so several restaurants and attractions were closed for the season.”

“This is our 2nd stay at this home. Julie is great to work with, we had a little trouble with getting our house code to work however Julie handled it in moments. There were also a couple of fire detectors needing to have batteries replaced, again handled with property manager and his team which are very responsive and professional.”
