“The home and property were the perfect place to spend Christmas. There were two bedrooms on the first floor and three more on the second floor. We had a wonderful time. I was able to bake and prepare many special meals and goodies. The host had a few beautiful decorations for the holiday which gave it a feeling of home. The Christmas tree farm behind the property was picturesque for the season and the neighbors had lights in their trees and around their home.”

“Amy and Bill hosted us in the best possible way over the weekend: it was an ideal home away from home for our three-generation-family when we traveled to northwestern Connecticut for an extended family reunion in the next town over. “The good: We had a great time staying here. The first and second floor are beautiful and very well maintained. Both bathrooms and three bedrooms are very clean and have more than enough bath and beach towels. The fire pit and kayaks are also a great touch. The water is just steps away and the view is excellent. Just be sure to bring your own propane and firewood. What could be better? Communication with the host left a lot to be desired. I’m still not sure who runs the property. There are two……
