“This is why this comment should matter: We have previously stayed at this Holiday Inn for 3 times. Although our first and second stay was quite nice, our third was one that will prompt us to never come back. Our third experience is as followed. “花曬水力好弱，毛巾是灰色的。酒店職員的英語能力低。我住的房種(Jacuzzi room)位於大廈頂層, 當下雨刮大風時很嘈，感覺像是住在鐵皮屋內，風聲和雨滴聲嘈到整晚睡不好。”

“酒店地点适合喜欢安静人士，亦提供免费往返酒店大门及芭东购物中心穿梭班车方便出行。硬件一般四星级酒店标准，服务水准大致达标。提供旅游咨询服务的同事值得点赞，但housekeeping的执房服务仍需改善。总体满意住宿经历。”
