“The staff was so friendly. There were lots of animals: peacocks, cats, frogs, geese. We loved it! We booked it to be closer to Volcanoes National Park, without realizing there was no road that cuts across. We had to go amidst to Hilo in order to go back down to the Volcanoes, so it wasn't the most convenient, but we loved the vibe!”

“The house is comfortable with ample rooms. The bathrooms are unique. Location was perfect, near the beach, not far from great farmers markets. Nearby Sea View has a lot of local entertainment. We enjoyed the evening frogs and morning roosters. The owners dog is very sweet.”

“We stayed in this home for the full month of March 2025. We rated this a 10 based on our top three requirements: next to the ocean, clean, comfortable beds. This home met all three requirements. The ocean with its spectacular crashing waves, stunning views, and swimming turtles was wonderful. The sound of the waves at night along with the comfortable bed made for excellent sleeping.
