I booked our stay on Expedia & have a requested a higher floor accommodation. We were assigned to a 2nd floor unit (out of 5 floors) without elevators. Front desk clerk was not able to move us to a different unit or floor or building. This was unbeknownst to us that the facility will not have elevators in one of its 3 bldgs. This should be part of the hotel description so that we can request for elevator availability as we are already seniors.

I think the property is average. The room I booked was supposed to have a sofa bed but didnā€™t. The hotel ended up giving me these two bed pads/cushion for my kids to sleep on the floor which I was not happy about. I would not be staying there anymore. Plan your trip and make sure they have what you booked for before going to the property.

Property is in good location for all we needed Nice pool area to swim. Staff appeared to.be kind and friendly. There is limited option for breakfast but had our own snacks , door to go outside directly to car park from oir room was stuck closed but not major issue overall we were very pleased with our stay there and would like to go again and definitely recommend.

It was impossible to get any supplies, ie. Towels or toilet paper. We stayed 8 days and I had to beg a housekeeper to use her broom and dust pan. We requested new bedding and never received it. U get what u pay for!!
