Outdated and very disappointed. Need to spend some money to redo paint, hallways and most flooring. Also really needs a deep clean. Roof and higher parts of walls in room were dirty/dusty. Bathroom taps all leaked, including the toilet. Wifi didn’t work in our room, only reached the lobby and first floor.

温泉は非常に良かったです。しかし、脱衣場や洗面台にたくさんの髪の毛がありとても不快。宿泊者のマナーが悪いせいなのか、清掃の回数が少ないからなのか、どちらにせよ耐えられるものではない。周りを見渡してもコロコロもなければ掃除機も箒もないので泣く泣く素手で髪の毛を集めて捨てた。古さは致し方ないが清潔さは大事。職員ができないのであれば、客ができるように道具を置いてほしいです。
