“Checking in was so easy and the person checking us in was so nice. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. We went to the pool which was also clean and so much fun. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and it was also clean. I'd definitely stay again. ”

“The only thing I feel is important enough to comment on is something that only impacts a small number of guests, but it could present an issue for them that could be serious. We had about 2-3 inches of snow the night we were there. My mother, who's in her 80s and has issues walking, parked in the handicapped area. Overall, the snow removal performed on property was adequate, save for the handicapped spaces. The snow should have been shoveled around those cars, for obvious reasons, but it wasn't.……

“I just adore this hotel. been coming for years and it just keeps getting better and better (hotel zero OG!) the staff are so warm and accommodating. great management! restaurant was excellent and the bed was so comfy! also cute little gym! i suggest you get a room on the parking lot side. although the river view is scenic there is a train that passes through and can disturb the peace :) ”
