“The hotel and the area was nice. The staff was great and check in was super easy. The one problem that I had was they charged me $240 and the amount that I was given when tbe room was booked was $185.49. I was tired and neglected to ask at check in why the amount was different and forgot at check out. (Concert tonight and super excited) Overall the experience was fantastic and we will return!”

“The room is just for sleeping and there is no drawer for clothes hangers. When asked, the office staff said that they don't provide any. So there is no cup for brushing teeth and no hot water kettle for making coffee. It is very simple and the charges are not cheap. The only advantage is that it is very convenient near the shopping mall.”

“We loved the hotel, it’s decorated very nice, feels clean and welcoming. We loved the breakfast service in the Star Lounge on the third floor (we also had a good burger and great cocktails there the night before.) The staff was very accommodating. They provided us with some of our basic supplies that we forgot. It was so nice not to have to look for a convenient store nearby for those things. On a not so fabulous note, the hotel is located across from a hospital and the second night we were……
