Lake view 3.5 bdrm condo Downtown- Contact for winter and spring specials

Welcome to our Park Plaza Condo! This is a spacious 1721square foot condo, 3 bedroom condo with a very large master and 2 additional rooms on the other side of the condo to separate guests. The master has 1 king bed with a converted oversized walk-in closet that offers a 4th room with bunk beds that sleep 2-3. The additional rooms each have queen beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with a jetted Jacuzzi tub in the master.

We are right in the heart of downtown with stunning views of the lake from the front balcony (living room and kitchen) and peer into downtown from the back balcony. Steps from restaurants, equipment rentals, the lake and marina. Walk to everything downtown McCall has to offer!

Parking is first come first serve, no assigned spots but we have a sign to reserve a spot if needed, generally not an issue. For additional parking and trailers there is plenty of free public parking across the street. PLEASE NOTE: Parking lots are sometimes used for overload snow etc. and may be restricted to parking vehicles - Guests are responsible for reading signs regarding parking allowance on streets and in parking lots throughout McCall.

Horrible - A Warning about this Owner and VRBO
We've used VRBO many times in the past. You can check my history and ratings as a guest - I am a husband, father and CEO of a small company and we have always used VRBO with good results.We booked this property and paid in full September 29, 2024 for an arrival on December 29, 2024. I received all the confirmations from VRBO, including the "Here are you keys" email on December 26, with the email saying "the owner will email you the keys on your arrival day".Arrival day - Sunday, December 29 - no communication and no response from the owner, including the phone number provided and messaging through the VRBO app.4pm on a Sunday in a resort town on New Year's week - no place to stay for my family. VRBO put me on hold for 30 mins, then I spoke to a junior person in the Philippines - no escalation or urgency.After 2.5 hours on the phone, Sunday evening, received One Key credits and left to my own devices to try and find a place to stay. It's Sunday, 5pm on a holiday week in a resort town, and the credit they give you is for the amount you booked an advanced reservation for 2 months ago.We ended up staying in a motel for the week. No kitchen, laundry or other things a family booking a condo 2 months in advance was planning for (cooking vs eating out).This was an alarming wake up call for our family.At a minimum, this owner is a terrible person, as we saw them at the unit! They obviously just decided to use their property for the holiday.

Spectacular Condo
Condo is beautiful. Kitchen has upgraded appliances. We loved that every room had phone and watch charging stations. Condo is right in town so you can walk to everything.

Amazing Home
We loved our stay at this property! Its a beautiful home with literally everything you need. I've never seen a home so stocked with everything from cookware down to spices & cooking oil. The board games were awesome as well. It's very spacious, & we were able to walk everywhere. Brett was so accommodating & let us check in early! Super flexible & friendly. Can't wait to return.

Long weekend in McCall
This place was great. Spacious 3 bed condo overlooking the lake. All amenities: tv, WiFi, ice machine, laundry room, AC, etc was great. Great location next to Hotel McCall and a variety of restaurants. Beat of all Brett was super responsive to our questions and messages. 5/5 would recommend!

The property is perfectly placed in McCall to explore downtown and the marina areas. Walking everywhere you may want to go.. The space is so welcoming as is the the owner. What a great spot
Our trip was short this time but I was very much impressed with this property. The location is just about perfect, walking distance from just about every restaurant in town as well as the lake. The place was really well decorated and comfortable, but I also really appreciated the attention to the small details. Like how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were, etc. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

WSU Wedding Weekend Fun
We had a wonderful long weekend staying in this fabulous condo for my brother’s small wedding ceremony. Brett went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. What a terrific place. The best place we've stayed for cooking in, everything you would need for pans, utensils and appliances. Great collection of games with an awesome table to play on! Really very thoughtful on everything in the house. Excellent location for enjoying the town, so quite that you didn't notice you were in town. Overall 10 experience for our grown family of 6, would love to rent in the summer too.
