“A small double bed room over 400USD per night, with very bad experience at it own restaurant. I hardly find this hotel any pleasure of staying. We went to it restaurant for dinner. First, we had the waitress gave us an impatient look when I just asking about the portion of the dishes. Secondly, we had wait for over 30mins to get serviced with bread and appetizer till I asked one of the waiter. The whole atmosphere just make you feel this is a country club for certain people. I would not……

“We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! ”

“Hacienda Dorotea is the perfect city getaway destination if you want to be a little away from the city (but not too far out from Puerto Natales only 7-8 minutes) and be with nature. In our stay we had a wonderful view of the mountain and the window is like a panoramic painting of the vista outside with the mountain being the backdrop. The room is spectacularly arranged, some even affecting the light and shadows when the lights are off and the amenities are plentiful, from its own restaurant……
