"This is a nice alternative to the typical Vegas hotel. The rooms are large and great if you’re with a group. They also don’t charge an obscene resort fee on top of the room rate, so huge plus there. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Also, parking is included, which also seems to be rare these days. "

"My friends and I participated in a tennis tournament at Darling Tennis complex. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute drive. It’s also very close to stores and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean. I couldn’t find an instruction manual for appliances. Hence navigating the tv was challenging for me (non-tech savvy user). Be careful when pulling in and out of the parking space. Some cars drive very fast when entering or exiting the lot."

We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk. "The condo was perfect. We were a group of two friends, so one of us slept on the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfy) and the other slept in the bedroom. Views from the balcony were incredible, the valet service was prompt and helpful, and the pool was luxurious. Short 5 minute walk to the MGM Grand, w/ access to their sprawling pool complex and the monorail. All in all, a class act...if I were to return to Vegas, I'd book this place again in a second.
