“I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. “Communication was great, and owner/management team were very thoughtful. There is definitely wear showing on some of the furniture and home details. There was a screw popping out of the shower faucet handle assembly in the en-suite. We couldn’t get the oven on the lower level to work, and the oven on the main level had major temp issues, needs calibration badly. Keurig machine was finicky, saying it needs to be descaled. This house looks small and then you walk inside to an amazingly laid out floor plan. 2 main bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full bath, the kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher.
