The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.”

“If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!”

“We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. We had plenty of plates, cups, and utensils for meals, but would have liked a smaller skillet and a few more basic seasonings like pepper. There were……

“Online description was incorrect. Facility had a weird smell and we had to mitigate that issue ourselves. Condo was right on a thru road through complex, but very close to bbq and pool. Condo needed updating and the bathroom was subpar.”

“If you're looking for a no frills beach bungalow, this is the place for you. I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. I especially loved the lobby/office kitty that greeted me upon arrival with purrrrs and greeted me again at check-out. It had a warm and pleasant atmosphere filled with Aloha.🌺”

We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the driveway entrance as the signs were not lit and partially obscured by the shrubbery. Luckily, when we actually parked on the wrong side of the complex, we ran into the manager and he explained where the driveway off of Kuakini Hiway was.
