“It’s a wonderful venue to enjoy drinking wine and not worry about driving country roads afterwards. Cozy suite with fire pit right outside back door and next to the appropriately named Roaring River. Full kitchen and propane grill makes it easy to eat in. ”

“Property could use some maintenance . Master bathroom fan nor shower light worked. Drain in master shower was very slow in draining- after 2 minutes in shower, standing in ankle deep water. Several lights burned out throughout house - den, kitchen table, outdoor, etc. Basement bedroom/ area was very musty smelling. Mattress lower level was extremely loud just to sit in it- highly recommend replacing. Toaster oven had something melted on top of it the day we walked in. ”

“Our family wanted a getaway that was far enough away from everything but still close enough if we needed it. The house was exactly as advertised! It was super spacious and beautiful! The pond was fun to fish in while there was a fire going nearby! Lots of wildlife and relaxation! “The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were luxurious. It was a pleasant overnight stay! It's conveniently located near Rex Theater where we enjoyed the Bluegrass concert last evening. We would happily stay here again for a quiet getaway ”
