“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during……

“Lily Hall was an awesome getaway. The room truly felt like home. The decor choices were thoughtfully curated throughout the property creating a very warm environment. The parlor and lobby area were very relaxing. The hosts were very accommodating with any requests and were very easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Pensacola!”

“The hotel was horrible. They were remodeling and had tape and paint everywhere. It was cheap. Half was for short stays and the other half were for full time live in guests. There was junkies roaming. Nothing looked like the pictures. Tv didn’t work nor WiFi ”

“It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. ”
