The location is fantastic and the host (Chris) is super responsive and attentive to guest needs. I especially appreciate the way he accommodated a special request that was important to our family. A bit more about the property. New, modern home in a gated neighborhood with the best view I've ever seen on Norris Lake. The moment you open the front door your breath will be……

“This was the perfect place for our group of families to get together for Thanksgiving. Plenty of bedrooms and awesome kitchen and gathering spaces. All was exactly as advertised and very clean.”

“Nice house with gorgeous views of the lake. Well stocked with the exception of a wine opener. The only negative comment I have is the property isn’t being cleaned/maintained as it should. The air filters were absolutely disgusting. I don’t think they had been changed in a very long time. There were ants in the home due to food not being cleaned up from the floor. Cobwebs hanging on the ceiling fans as well as almost every corner in the house. Stains and hair on the bedding. The outside sitting……
