“This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. I got in late from a red-eye flight and wanted to hop into bed and sleep. When I arrived the room was relatively clean, but had some unkempt areas. I went to the bed and pulled back the sheets to find stained sheets and pubic hair all over the sheets. It was vile, gross, and disgusting! I had to get a new hotel because it thoroughly grossed me out. They told me they could do nothing about it. Although they refunded two of my big……

“The property was in a safe part of Memphis, Cooper/Young, with newer eating establishments just around the corner. The local grocery store was also very close. We had a car rental so we drove to downtown and to the other attractions we wanted to see around town. We had a good time and felt very comfortable. ”

“We stayed in this beautiful home for over a week, and it exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!”

“Not a bad price on a decent apartment. Place was clean and mostly furnished with what one would need. The main TV in the living room was not working and one of the two bedrooms did not have a TV at all so that was a bit substandard. Overall a nice place is a not so nice city.”

“Apartment is in 100 year old building, very clean and comfortable. Location central and ok neighborhood. Only issue was Roku TV didn’t work. The owner and I tried everything we could, but to no avail. Ultimately didn’t hamper our first visit to Memphis. Great time”

“This was a fun stay for a week, and it was nice to be separated from the main house. We were sad that our little car couldn't fit into the driveway (thru the porch/fence space). It was also super cold when we stayed -- only a small space heater that we moved to and fro. Great price, great city, thanks for your hospitality!”

“Overall my impression of the property was historic. The vibe was plenty history is in the area. The pics were on point so no complaints there. Very cozy and small space but it'll work. Downside were utensils(no can or bottle opener) and cookware(skillets, pans). A 2nd check on the frigerator on cleanliness wouldn't have hurt either.”
