“5 stars everything was perfect - views were excellent, heater was amazing for the zero degree temps even had towel warmers for after the shower place is perfect after a long day of hiking and skiing couldn’t be happier will definitely come back and stay again as well as recommend to all my friends and family ! “I am not exaggerating when I say I'd live at El Monte Sagrado part of the year if I could. The grounds are so gorgeous, so well planned, that between the outdoor space, the wonderful lounge and restaurant, and the salt water pool, you could be forgiven for not going anywhere else during your stay! The spa is special. You must experience it to know how special it really is. ”

“Immediately before staying for 3 nights at La Loma, I had stayed at Monte Sagrado, and the price/quality ratio was vastly superior at La Loma. Aside from all the personal touches (including, for example, a personally tailored breakfast menu every morning), the inn had many surprises of charm that one rarely sees anymore, anywhere. For example, my room had a traditional pueblo-style fireplace (kiva) with firewood and matches that got replenished every morning. I travel a ton throughout the world……

“We stayed for a night, and it was an ok experience. Breakfast is available but paid and that was not a surprise for us as we knew when booking, but including here just in case that helps. We asked for a non-smoking room but could smell a strong smoking smell (it wasn't cigarette for sure) in the morning, not sure if it was from the room or someone smoking nearby. Our experience was good/excellent except for the smoking smell which made it to ok.”

“The property is attractive with a large statue of an elk and the letters of the town, TAOS, in metal. It is just that the 'O',had fallen over and a little weeding would help. ”

“It’s an amazing place only issue we had is we if we wanted to watch tv we had to by a fire stick or ruko pad to watch tv for $30 we paid 350 almost for 2 nights ”
