“Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. “Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The hot tub spa was the cherry on top, heating fast and offering plenty of room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to book this same property in February.”

“Was a nice stay the home was clean and the neighborhood is nice we enjoyed the pool a lot the listing says hot tub it does not have a hot tub which was a bummer after a long trip there a hot tub would have been nice to relax in and the host never emailed me 24hrs upon my arrival on instruction when we I arrived I had to email when I was almost there and ask other for code to get in but host did response when I emailed never for the internet to connect to the tvs for some reason so couldn’t watch……

“Great location. While Hurricane Milton modified our stay dates, communication with our host was excellent during the difficult time. Great amenities, very comfortable rooms and spaces for our family members. Would highly recommend for extended stay. Morning walks were wonderful.”
