“We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???”

“I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE HOTEL OFF YOUR LIST. I BOOKED IT THRU HOTEL.COM BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY COULD NOT FIND THE RESERVATION. I DID HAVE THE CONFORMATION NO. BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED WHEN I BOOKED. THERE WAS NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM. IT INDICATED THERE WOULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED BUT ALL THERE WAS WAS A POT OF COFFEE AND A BAG OF BREAD ON THE COUNTER AND NO ONE AROUND TO ASK ABOUT ANYTHING. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. WE WERE CHARGED……

Unit is 2.5 bath instead of the 4 listed. -Delayed and rude communication with the host. -Major safety issues and definitely not safe for young children. -Missing blinds/curtains, no privacy. -Poorly stocked and furnished. They did supply a hair dryer upon request. ”
