It features a large living area and two large bedrooms. The one upstairs is especially spacious. The cottage is well decorated, clutter free, and very clean. We hope to stay again soon.”

“This is an absolutely beautiful place to spend time away from the city noise. A complete HEAVEN!One thing that has never been mentioned in the entire description was the Camino Road with about 5 High Speed Bumps that our vehicle hit pretty hard at the first bump. They are not marketed or visible, so be careful driving to the actual property. Other than that, this is NOT a 1 bedroom place. “Very quiet and private cottage. Equiped with everything you might need. Amazing outdoor space with a pretty big pond. Have stayed here more than once and have already booked this property for our next trip.”

“The apt was private and in a great location to everything Solvang. Everything was provided to make it feel like a home away from home. The only thing that I wish there was access to was a broom or a swiffer. Between my child and all the crumbs from the pastries, I was wiping up the hardwood floors constantly. ”

“This little gem is tucked away in the middle of a working avocado orchard. The view of the rolling hills and Pacific Ocean is impeccable. We spent each night on the deck watching the sunset. Highly recommend and will return.”

“This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was immaculate comfortable and freshly remodeled. The host offered to move us to a unit with a second bed free of charge to better meet our needs. Why stay in a hotel when you could stay here. ”

“Good family getaway spot, the backyard is definitely the highlight and has the most room for everyone to be together. The host was wonderful and super helpful, I really appreciated the early check in. My only criticism is that the photos online look like the cottage is farther away from the main house, but they are right next to each other, so there isn't a lot of privacy and the cottage is very small.”
