“チェックインのメールが２４時間前に来るはずが、来なかったので、メールを出したが、返事が来なかった。電話になかなかつながらず、ホテルのチェックイン手続きに不満がある。ホテルの設備には問題がなく、快適に過ごせたが、４泊の滞在で、一度も清掃サービスやタオルなどの交換がなかった。あらかじめどのようなサービスがあって、ないのか、事前に情報提供が欲しかった。初めての滞在者にはもう少し手厚い情報提供があった方が、安心だ。”

“The apartment is very spacious and easily acomodates a family with kids. Besides the nice decoration, its fully equiped and there's also a washing machine and at night it's very silent, perfect when you are traveling with a baby! The location is perfect, being close to everything. On top of all that, the host is very fiendly , understanding and helpful. We made a mistake with the booking dates and forgot our car key. Both problems with swiftly resolved, without any hickups. We wholeheartedly……
