The Bahamas are a well-known tourist hub and cruise-ship destination comprising more than 700 islands in the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of Florida. Getting to The Bahamas is no trouble at all, as there are about 57 airports throughout the islands and three dedicated international ones in Nassau, Grand Bahama Island and the Exumas. Once on the islands, rent a bicycle or motor scooter to zip around town with ease. Bus services are available on Nassau and Grand Bahama Island. Island-hop using a fast ferry service that provides high-speed transportation through the Atlantic.
