“1. 離黑川老街有一段距離，附近沒有什麼生活機能，也沒東西可以吃，晚上要吃飽再來。
2. 飯店接待處非常非常不明顯，找半天才找到。接待處的阿姨人很親切，不過只會日語，外國遊客需要靠翻譯機才能溝通。
3. 飯店內不像一般日式旅館有提供浴衣（要另外付費）、室內拖鞋、鋪床服務等。
4. 小木屋2F是獨立單人床上下舖，如果情侶或夫妻想要睡在一起就沒辦法。
5. 露天溫泉挺棒的，很有fu。不過洗澡的地方居然要先穿過溫泉？？這動線設計實在有點奇怪。”

“Amazing hotel. The grounds are so pretty. The rooms are awesome and pretty comfy. The staff are super kind and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, there are limited choices but they cook to order as to not waste food. Free bicycle rental makes for a nice trip around the nearby sites. ”

“Good location if you wanna stay in Canggu it’s ideally located. Great place with a very nice pool, good room for a good price, even tough no fridge in the room there are some shared facilities we can use (kitchen/fridge etc). Plus, the staff is super nice and make you feel welcome! 100% recommend ”

“This was my favorite place to stay in Sri Lanka! I wish I had booked more nights there. I stayed in the glamping tent, with fabulous views of a waterfall. The tent room was large and comfortable with a large outdoor deck. It had everything I needed - mini fridge, teapot, fan, rain gear. The WiFi was excellent. But the best part was the staff- all so kind and helpful. All meals were absolutely delicious!”

“I have a wonderful time in this camp. The house was so dreamy like that one in storybook.
We didn’t check the check-in time, so we were late at the check-in, so please do remember to check-in time is 3 pm to 6 pm. I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house.
We have requested barbecue at the place.……

"The hotel provides excellent service. I called the hotel directly and asked for some questions and they could answer me efficiently in a well maner. The reception team is excellent too. They accommodate my requests. They always wear smiles and greet you warmly. I booked two rooms for two nights. Since one of the guest is using wheelchair, they voluntarily upgraded one room so that he can have more space. The team is so customer focus and i would like to express my heartful thanks to them. Both rooms are clean and my team have a nice sleep.
Thank you team! Well done! Will return to this hotel next time ;)"
