“There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. “The location of the apartment was perfect! We could walk to my friend's house from there. Also, very convenient to restaurants and shops in Broad Ripple. “Overall, everything was great! In the beginning our code did not work to get into the building, but that was resolved once I communicated with someone! The cleanliness was good, the only issue was that when we walked in it did have a pretty strong smell of marijuana, that did feel like it stayed during our whole stay. “We came in for a short stay to visit the Indianapolis area with our family of 7, two adults and 5 small children. It was so cozy and all of the kiddos felt right at home! Even had some children dishes, which we appreciate so much! Beds are comfy and LOTS AND LOTS of blankets!!
