“The amazing views and the exceptional staff is what makes this property so special. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible - so warm and welcoming! I would like to especially recognize Queena, Clayton, Shi and Pamela. Also Russell and Lynn for accommodating my dietary restrictions. The only person I think may benefit from some coaching is McCal in the Cedar Room restaurant. He was not very friendly and actually snapped at me during one of my interactions with him.……

“The property and the staff are lovely !!!! Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! ”

“This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. ”
