“Cragun's is an old-fashioned family resort. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. They have great customer service. Our original cabin had an issue, so they promptly moved us to a new, similar cabin, and the new cabin was perfect.”

“We had our family Thanksgiving at one of the Woodsmoke cabins and it was the perfect property for us- we had 10 people and the layout, style and accommodations were great! ”

“Loved the room 325 and the view. The pool was nice especially the sunning area outside the pool. The food was okay at Willy T’s but the entertainment 8/31 was very good. We had an issue with the staff entering our room unannounced. She had longer blonde hair a taller bigger built younger woman. She entered my room, shut the door and stood by the door and then left. I have a feeling if we weren’t there she would have gone through our things. I told the front desk manager about it and she talked……
