“Great staff - super clean”

“Ladies washrooms across from the breakfast room are disgusting. Most doors did not have working locks. No toilet paper in some stalls. Toilets didn’t flush well. ”

“Everything was fine. It's unfortunate that we had a power outage and the pool was out of service for our second day at the hotel. The power outage was nothing that the hotel could have done, and I feel they handled it wonderfully. Our room's shower rod was about to fall out of the wall, but not noticeable unless you were in the shower, and could see the anchors almost fully out of the wall. It didn't matter for our stay, but I did let someone know as we checked out. Also, the drain in the……

“Check in employee at front desk on evening shift not very welcoming and friendly. Let Lukily it snowed so had to clean the truck off and check out in the morning changed my first impression or else our only interactions would of been the night staff. Housekeeping eager to get rooms to clean front desk very friendly and helpful started the day with a smile and road conditions:)”

“I liked how nice and cooperative they were when I wanted to change rooms because of others being loud around us. Very easy to check in and check out.”
