“Our stay was just Ok. At check in, we arrived 30 minutes after the check in time(3:00) and still had to wait for them to finish cleaning. We paid for the pool heating and we were unable to use it. The host said it took a long time to heat up. On the second day, the water was still cold. They sent someone and said that the assistant had set the heating wrong, but that it had been resolved. And on the third and last day, they extended our check out from 11:00 to 4:00 and the pool water was still……

“Very easy and accessible parking. The villa was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for a large family. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Located right next to the pool. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Location was convenient. Very close to grocer, shopping and restaurants. ”

“Overall we really enjoyed the house. It's clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and there were plenty of bathroom towels (although a few more pool towels would have helped). The dead-end street adjacent to the house was perfect for our kids to bike and rollerblade. It's walkable to the Oasis Club, which is fun but was quite busy and drinks and food there were extremely overpriced (like 23 for a blender drink or 10 for a pop), so we never ordered anything, and typically preferred to……

“I loved staying at this place. It was clean and very comfortable. I got a good night’s sleep every night thanks to the bedroom ceiling fans, comfortable bedding and blackout curtains. Kitchen appliances looked brand new, and it was nice to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms already since I forgot mine. It was very peaceful spending time on the enclosed deck overlooking the forest preserve. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“The house and the amenities offered are great. We enjoyed the community pool and the whole area. When we first arrived the ac was not working. Luckily, my husband discovered the breaker had been turned off. I also asked repeatedly for the pool to be heated, plenty of time before our arrival, and it was not. That was a disappointment because the kids wanted to hang out in the pool in the evening. We were there in February, so the water was too cold without it being heated. Other than that, the……
