“We were delayed arriving due to issues with the Cedar Island ferry. I called Laura and she made arrangements to leave the porch light on and key in the room. She was so nice to deal with on the phone and the next morning when we checked out. Restaurant recommendations were great for breakfast, The room was renovated, clean and fresh. The entire motel looks like it is undergoing a facelift. I am sure when it is completed it will be very nice. We were pleasantly surprised at this motel.……

“The property was beautiful and staff was great. The room was very nice and view of the ocean to die for. The parking was a real issue for us, we got stuck both times we pulled in and out of the property. Hopefully the property owners will invest in something to clear the sand that blows in.”

“We stayed here for a weekend! It was perfect for a couple or a family with small children! Well stocked kitchen and lovely location close to beach access. Sunsets from the deck were absolutely gorgeous!”

“The property should not have been rented with so many of the necessary amenities broken. I tried to work with property manager, but could not get resolution of the issues. If the owner was aware then shame on them.”

“It was perfect for our family, secluded, and close distance to all of our favorite places!! We all enjoyed the porches during our down time and had frequent 4 legged visitors (deer). We will definitely be returning!”
