“I had a much better experience this time. I avoided the elevator and I got a room on the1st floor. I’m told the elevators will be replaced soon. This has been my go to hotel for several years. I’m happy to report a great customer service experience. ”

“There were too many people walking outside I was on the second floor so I could here them walking and the guy on the next room was outside playing music on his phone around 3 am I couldn't sleep I even got up and open the door to see who it was and I ended up smoking a cigarette with this guy Mike was his name lol. May be he realized that I got up for a reason he went inside his room and no more music ”
