The Snow King is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are nicely appointed and quiet. There is a restaurant with delicious food and wonderful views of the mountain. There is mini golf and you can see the cable car for a ride up the mountain. The staff were amazing and super helpful! Thank you for a comfy stay!

The best place to stay, is close to restaurants and the busy area but at the same time with a distance that allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. Have pick up and drop off service to the airport for free same as bikes. Great amenities The staff is so kind and helpful I’ll definitely coming back !!

Pros: Fabulous rustic renovated lodge with many great amenities. Great breakfast buffet! Comfortable, well appointment room, Comfortable bed. Nice robes. Temperature easily managed. Close to town. Cons: Very slippery shower floor. Not enough coffee packets. Housekeeping was sporadic. Only one chair on the balcony. Expensive, but worth it! Great place to stay!

This hotel is in a great location for skiing in Jackson. They need to get the little things right though. Coffee in the lobby should be a no-brainer. I also asked for a late checkout. They charge $50 an hour for late checkouts. I would prefer that they tell me that it's not available. Nickel and diming guests in a higher end hotel is a bit bizarre. Overall, hotel was clean with rooms that are well appointed.

We paid the Snow King prices for this hotel stay, so based on this, it was good value. However, had we paid the Trailborn nightly costs, we’d have been disappointed. While the property has been refurbished, it appears to be cosmetic only. In particular, there is a major problem with the drains in the bedroom bathroom, causing a vile smell permanently. This needs to be rectified. The pool area was a little tired. Didn’t eat at the restaurant. Convenient location, a 20 min walk into town. Plenty of parking.

Great location, walk to town. The staff is really helpful who helps me upgrade to a quiet room to sleep well. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Old timer restaurant has great vibe, high ceiling, great view and good breakfast, haven’t tried lunch/dinner. The happy hour drinks are awesome: bourbon rush is very tasty. Highly recommended

The hotel itself is really clean, has great amenities, lovely views and good access to town. The room was tidy, comfortable and quiet. The only reason we rated this lower was that the staff seemed a little clueless, rude and not really willing to help. On arrival we were directed to the wrong wing of the hotel for our room, so we had to trek 3 suitcases around for a while until we found the room ourselves because the check in desk was too busy and there was nobody around to help arrivals. On checkout the receptionist wasn’t too pleasant to interactive with, just didn’t have a good vibe. Overall the hotel is lovely and I’m sure better staff would’ve improved our experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed- including a hair dryer! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. Location is close to Jackson square with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Would stay again. Highly recommend.
