The hotel has great amenities to enjoy from. Love the shuttle service is very convenient. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is ok not too bad for complementary. I definitely recommend it.

My room was very nice and clean. The location is downtown which is very convenient. There is shuttle service to the airport, but you must reserve in advance. They are lax in answering the phone, but very nice people at the desk. They provide nice breakfast options.

Brian and Avery helped us so much! Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 11:45 pm and Brian said it was no problem! However, the Detroit plane had mechanical trouble and the weather was bad, delaying our flight and making us miss both connecting flights. I called Brian in a panic. He again said it was no problem. We did not arrive in Kalispell until Monday morning. When we got to the hotel, Brian & Avery greeted us like family! They made sure we weren’t charged for the night we had not stayed. Big warm smiles on both of them! They’re great
