The staff was friendly. The common areas were well kept and the room was very clean. The breakfast is so very good and terrific coffee!!! The hotel is in a good location for walking around D.C.

The location is wonderful and the staff was amazing. Our room was spacious and the bed was divine. The bar inside the hotel is a lovely spot and the drinks were spot on. Our room service breakfast was delivered quickly and hot. We did eat in the hotel restaurant and while it was good, I wouldn't say it was great. There are better options close in the neighborhood. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would stay here again.

Gorgeous and prestigious place, service is quite good and professional, restaurant Alhambra is top notch with 5-star worthy food and drinks! However, it is lacking some services I am used to, like Spa service and swimming pool. A better concierge service would also be helpful in booking the famous afternoon tea. That being said, it is still a nice hotel to stay in DC.
