No issues were experienced during this stay, similar to our other stays at this same location, we received good services from check in to check out.

Why would the receptionist insist on forcing me to upgrade to a bigger room, even citing Japanese law that supposedly limits two people from staying in a smaller room? Although I was eventually able to check into the mid-double room I had reserved after showing the description on Hotels.com stating that it accommodates two people, the experience was very uncomfortable. Her persistent pressure to upgrade and pay double the rate I originally booked made me feel uneasy.
