The rooftop onsen is beautiful and they also offered a ‘sleep easer’ of free sale and treats from 22.00-22.45 Highly recommend and the perfect way to end our 2 week Japan adventure

It’s in a quiet street close to metro station. Walkable to many local restaurants and shopping. The public onsen is great after a day’s walking in Tokyo and has a beautiful city view at night. Room is a bit small but nicely arranged and very clean.

This hotel is clean and modern but also has traditional Japanese touches and therefore is a great place to try! It is a bit further up the street than other hotels but is still easily walkable to central Shinjuku or to public transport to explore further afield in Tokyo. It is also surrounded by lots of shops and amazing restaurants if you want to stay nearby. The rooms are comfy, clean and everything you need and ours had an amazing view of the city from the massive window. Great hotel and definitely would stay again!

We loved the location, the outstanding customer service, the room, the use of the extras (laundry, drinks water, ice dispensary). We would have given it 5 stars had they had at least one English speaking entertainment channel for foreign guests. Every single channel (there were 10) was in Japanese - it was very disappointing.

Great location and amenities, & the onsen was amazing!!! Rooms were small, typical of the Tokyo area. Only wish the window would open/crack a bit since it did seem stuffy even with the air on. Would stay here again!

The hotel is in a quieter area but about 10 minutes walk to train station, shopping areas, etc. I enjoyed the onsen very much. The mineral bath makes me feel refreshing. The Japanese breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this place.

This is a real gem and a great place to stay after long and hectic days in Tokyo. The Onsen helps relieve tired bodies. The rooms are hideously small if you get a standard small. Good for one person, frustrating to manage with two people. If you can, pay extra and get a larger room

Everything was great, the onsen on the roof and views from our room (13th floor) were amazing at night. There was even a free snack/sake/tea bar end of each day! Great value and within 10-15min walk of a station.
