Great one night getaway! The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Lots of history to enjoy. Good restaurants and many places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the view of Mt. Washington.

Very impressed with the facility. A lot to do-restaurants, spa , even a night club. Minutes from the Cog Railway so that’s a plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Building was beautiful. Even the gym was incredible. Can’t wait to plan our next trip there!

It was a unique resort experience; with a historical old time feel but current amenities. The staff was excellent and helpful and the grounds were spectacular. We utilized the pool, golf course and biking trails without leaving the property. We also had all our meals at the resort. It was a very relaxing time.

It is a beautiful historical building. Very good services overall. The hotel and the room are clean. It is an old building so you noticed the floor under the rug in the room may not be flat. There is some bulging on the wall. But the property is really well kept and clean and more importantly is very charming.

This was our second trip to the Mt. Washington and it exceeded out expectations. The hotel was tired on our last trip but the recent renovations were well done. We stayed in the Presidential wing this time and our room was spacious and well appointed. The only place we felt service was slightly lacking was by the pool. Meals were excellent.

A beautiful resort with amazing views. Room very clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. Only drawback was outside pool had algae on the sides and water felt slimy and was a weird color. Icemaker was not working on the 2nd floor and had been out of commission ALL summer.

The view on the Verandas & service provided was excellent. With what you charge for the stay the parking fee should just be a part the bill not a separate charge you find out about upon arrival.

Great spa trip with my daughters! Everything was done well. The hotel is undergoing renovations but you would not even know. Attentiveness to their guests is the top thing I enjoyed ! Food was good ! Rooms clean and ambience excellent! Beautiful property!

The OMW is a great place to stay. All staff were helpful and some really went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Our main complaint was the long walking distance from the parking lot to the room in the presidential suite. The presidential suite did have its perks with a club room and free breakfasts. Small EV's that could haul baggage and transport guests would be a huge improvement,
