Convenient location for activities in the center of downtown, a short block from the Smithfield St Bridge. Full kitchen definitely a bonus. For a 5day stay, 1 bath towel was not adequate. No parking on site. Be aware that weekend prices are significantly higher than mid-week.

Wasn’t at the hotel much but it was a comfy place after a long day going around Pittsburgh. I was able to walk places which was nice because finding parking was not was easy

The building was secure. You had to use a passcode to get into the building and into your room. It wasn’t the most modern building or room, but it was clean and comfortable and close to all the events. We wanted to see walking distance.

The fire alarm went off multiple times. We found out from the fire chief that this happens multiple times a week and has never communicated with people that stay there. Multiple people in the building had been locked out because their code hadn’t worked and had had issues with their room temperature not being set or not being with they expected. There were gunshots overnight right outside the building and drug deals going on across the street. We were also told by fireman staff to not come to the area as it is very unsafe and dangerous. We were directed to stay inside and lock our doors. I have tried to communicate with management about this issue and they have sent me back an automated text message each time, but they have sent to many other others in the buildings. I will never stay in a place like this again and do not recommend to anyone.

This accommodation is perfect for travelers who are seeking a budget-friendly option without the need for luxury. Overall, my experience was quite positive and exceeded my expectations—until the final night of my stay. I woke up to find my room filled with smoke, which was quite alarming as it seemed to hang like a cloud over my head. It was disappointing to realize that some guests do not adhere to the property's strict no-smoking policy. Despite this unfortunate incident, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and appreciated most aspects of my stay.

The check in procedure was too complicated and faulty . The copy and paste address would not work because included the word SEE from "see you soon. I spent all night to get the code and was not successful. The instructions said the code will be provided on June 27. It was June 27 but no code and no time was specified. No one would answer the phone until I got there. Not all costumers are capable to generate a digital picture ID! The a/c was too cold and could not be adjusted (adjustable registers would do trick). The beds are set too high. After the first night I couldn't get the TV to work.

Great experience

I did not read my email before check-in, so we had a code to enter the property and we’re in fear that our reservation was cancelled. After a couple attempts to contact the manager, we were able to get our code with no issue. The manager was super friendly and helpful, which made my wife happy after my screw up. The property was clean and felt safe. Excellent price for downtown Pittsburgh, especially during Picklesburg and the Phillies in town. Would definitely recommend!

I travel to visit family and chose to stay here with my 5 kids. The bnb we had was perfect and cute. We all fit and had enough space to have for our own. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in instead of wasting money on take out the whole trip. We were able to sit down together and eat. Plenty of space in the living room for all 6 of us to relax and watch a movie together. We all had our own bed. The best part ....... Two bathrooms!!! Both with showers. It was affordable and adorable. It was in great walking distance to the closes parking garage of only 1 min walk. A convent store across the street. Fun activities to go to use a 5 mins drive away. We felt very secure having our own code to get in. Only problem I had was my kids fighting over who gets what bed 😅 We will definitely be staying here again!
