We had an excellent time during our stay here. The staff when checking in was very nice. They helped with any questions we had. The hotel was in a great location and would definitely stay here again
Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful surroundings to the wonderful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and you could tell that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable and special. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories.
The rooms were very clean and the property was beautiful. My only complaint would be the indoor pool as it definitely needed some updating and deep cleaning.
We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The pool and lazy river were perfect to entertain our 7 and 9 year old. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and bowls needed to cook. Most of all I was impressed with the staff. Everyone was so kind, nice and helpful. We had a great experience and will be back.
We absolutely love this resort! We have been to Rod Run twice now in September and we have stayed here both times and plan on staying here every time we come to Rod Run or Pigeon Forge in general. The rooms are huge and absolutely amazing. They are dog friendly which is also really great for us as well! Best stay hands down no questions asked. If youre looking for a quiet stay with an amazing view, this is it!
We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the balcony in the lobby. We would go there in the morning and drink our coffee on the balcony and one morning we were able to see 2 bald eagles fly in front of us. We also enjoyed the lazy river. We will definitely visit again in the future.
Having a lazy river right there was amazing. So relaxing and fun, plus 24 hour access to the pool and hot tub. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The only thing we had an issue with were the bed pillows were hard but next time we stay we will bring our own.
