It was nice and in a good area! We walked to the souvenir shop infront of the hotel and walked to dinner to the restaurant a few doors down. We had our own beach section, which was nice. Due to it being a beach hotel, we get it but there was sand in our hotel room upon arrival.

To be able to use the four different pools was amazing! Free coffee before 6:30 AM so very important plus it was delicious coffee. You had everything we needed, except there could be more umbrellas by the pool. Hard to find a chair with shade. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

Overall a good experience. The staff around the pool was great! The location is excellent! A couple of frustrating things like the ice makers didn’t work and when we called for room service, no one would answer the phone. Our window in our room was filthy on the outside. An updated AC system in the room would be nice.

We enjoyed the 3 Nights stay with family. Our first Pensacola trip was more memorable than expected. Thanks to Hilton Hotel. Excellent service, facilities and of course Breakfast.

My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. Leah, you have no idea what your generosity did for my sanity. ❤️ muchbetter.idbetter.sd.

Everything was great at the hotel. Our problem was check-in was at 11am and we didn’t get to check in until 3 and we were only staying 1 night. Also we didn’t have good hot water and low pressure. Staff was excellent though!
