My husband and I stayed here for a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game. Perfect location. Safe and easy walk to the Trop. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

The complex is very conveniently located and walking distance for many bars and restaurants. For those reasons it a very good place to stay especially if LGBTQ. Club on site. Stay on the 3rd floor for no noise. Overall recommend! Definitely a destination place and we enjoyed with paid parking on site.

Our anniversary weekend at the Mari Jean hotel was phenomenal. Eddie at check in was very courteous and amicable. He personally took us to our room and showed us around. The entire atmosphere from check in to check out was a vibe. There was entertainment every night.

Property location was good and for one night it was a good place to stay. It was very clean. The property is interesting. It a renovated old building so quarters are tight and not polished. The bathroom sink has a strange location and the step up to the toilet and shower took a couple of trips before we got used to it. But that is what makes it unique. I'd stay again for one night if I'm in that area but more than that I'd need more space.

Very friendly staff, super clean property and rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent location and the CockTail lounge was fantastic. Fun atmosphere and good food. An all around 5 star experience and we are looking forward to staying again when we visit the area.

The room was decent, the bathroom is dated, shower so close to toilet that it would be wet from shower. Little sink outside the bathroom. The hallway ceiling was falling in...very scary and dangerous. We had superior room and you can still hear the base from the club...not bad for me but if you are a light sleeper this would pose a problem. Continent breakfast was offered but plenty of places to have hot breakfast. We did not pay 25.00 to park and found street parking everyday instead. I enjoyed the LBGTQ area. However, it caters to men mainly. The staff was friendly throughout.
