포시즌스의 이름에 못 미치는 서비스

투숙객이 많은 연휴에 체크인하였더니 체크인 시긴인 오후3시에 도착해서 한 시간 가량 기다렸습니다. 미리 도착 예정시간을 알려줬음에도 불구하고 불편함을 겪었어요. 죄송하다며 룸 업그레이드를 해줬으나 별반 차이가 없는 방을 줘서 또다시 항의를 했고요. 포시즌스 교토에서 너무 멋진 서비스를 받다가 포시즌스 오사카에서는 거기에 못 미치는 서비스를 받아서 실망이 컸습니다.
