I like the hotel clean and friendly staff. The only down fall it has construction all around the plaza difficult getting around the hotel. It is nice location to Plaza de Sol where all the shopping is also close to tour location.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location, but we were disappointed that Plaza de Santa Ana was closed and there was a lot of road construction which made the surrounding area dirty. The room itself was nice, but a bit outdated/worn. My husband said he felt like it was probably a luxury hotel 10 years ago and now everything is just a little old. We enjoyed having the balcony and being able to sit outside in the evening. The rooftop bar was also really nice, especially at sunset. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

The room was nice and staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed that we paid extra for a certain view and there was a major construction job that we were unaware of that obstructed the view and made the room noisy during the day.

Hotel is beautiful, very comfortable beds, very clean, perfect location near all tourist attractions, great breakfast buffet and staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again on our way back to Madrid.

The property and location were incredible. The only downside was the construction outside the hotel renovating the square. Which was not the hotels fault. The staff was kind and helpful, making reservations for a Flamenco show and a cooking class, as well as directions and recommendations.

I thought this property was a great stay. It was expensive but worth the money. They have a beautiful rooftop bar, where they offer complimentary drinks to guests. The rooms are quite tight, but we were only there for one night. The rooms and hotel are very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend it, as you are also a 20-minute walk from everything you want to see.

Clean, Comfortable Stay in TREMENDOUS Location

A very nice, clean, cozy hotel. Location was amazing and all facilities were very clean.
