This hotel was in a great location and provided an excellent breakfast. The Staff were very friendly but it is not a 4 star hotel. It's a bit like a superior Premier Inn. Our room was very small and had no natural light. There was not much space to hang clothes.

Lovely hotel in great central spot

Very nice hotel, in great part of the city for visiting sights and having lots of restaurants close by. Lovely historic building with individual features. Check out was a bit of a palaver but not a major drama. Breakfast was ok, but there was no variety over the days we were there so it got a bit boring.

Excellent breakfast available at the hotel, along with options in the town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jazz piano event at the other Meninas hotel was great! There a supermarket right across the street, and the Metro station is right down the street. I'd stay again.

Enjoyed staying at this motel immensly. Great location, near the metro and many eating option near by. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room (for 3 adults) wasn't big but it was clean and roomy enough for the 3 of us to enjoy.

Lovely stay at Hotel Meninas; conveniently located and was provided everything we needed including any extra towels/slippers. The only thing was that the wifi connection in the suite was extremely poor and didn't work for majority of our trip (only appeared to work in the washroom). Asides from that, staff were great and they held our luggage for us on the day we checked out as our flight was later in the day.

Hotel rooms s located in a central spot fantastic to get to all sights. We walked to everything. The amenities were good within the hotel room. Bedding clean, rooms neat and tidy. Only feedback, no fan in the bathroom, and the tv wasn’t a smart tv and was local channels only. The tv didn’t matter much as we were out most of the time but is an expected basic requirement for hotels nowadays especially when staying in a large city such as Madrid.
