Perfect beach getaway

Fabulous resort with top notch staff providing next level service. Private and peaceful small boutique atmosphere where the ocean front villas are very comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. The food is also excellent and includes local favorites on the menu with everything flavorful and well prepared. A truly exceptional property that my family will visit again, which is made even easier with VIP airport assistance provided by the hotel.

Only thing lacking was in room dining options (though I suppose most people don’t use this service as you are in paradise and why get room service) and the food at the on site restaurant was good but not 5 star good. The best part was the VIP transfer to and from the airport. Eliminating waiting in lines is priceless!

Top notch service, views, villas and beach

Incredible service from the moment you step off you flight with the VIP airport service, felt like we were flying private. Yocasta and her team of ambassadors took care of everything we requested from restaurant reservations to golf tee times and transportation. The included breakfast was spectacular. Rooms are large, we had a 2 bedroom villa that was perfect for our family with teenagers. The personal golf cart parked outside our room made it easy to get around the whole Puntacana resort. Views from our room were amazing. Pool was a bit small but we spent our time at the beautiful and uncrowded beach. Can’t wait to return!
