Had to take frightening Uber from guy I had to give directions . Yocasta and her team of ambassadors took care of everything we requested from restaurant reservations to golf tee times and transportation. The included breakfast was spectacular. Rooms are large, we had a 2 bedroom villa that was perfect for our family with teenagers. The personal golf cart parked outside our room made it easy to get around the whole Puntacana resort. Views from our room were amazing. Pool was a bit small but we spent our time at the beautiful and uncrowded beach. From the moment you are met at the airport to the moment you have to depart the VIP service is exemplary! The luxurious Villa accommodations in a peaceful atmosphere on a wonderfully private beachfront property exceeded what we had expected and more! The Private Embajadores services are exceptional and all staffing at Tortuga Bay are courteous, respectful of your privacy, and go out of their way to make your experiences perfect; from Day Housekeeping to Night Turn Down(and chocolates), transport needs, wait staffing, and the list continues. Both Bamboo and La Yola restaurants are exceptional. A round of golf at La Cana directly on the ocean, with our tee time being managed through the Embajadores services at Tortuga Bay, was a once in a lifetime experience as well. Without question a recommendation to enjoy the spa offerings through the Punta Cana Resort as it also was amazing!
