The young gentleman who welcomed us upon arrival, kindly provided us with a breakfast bag later that same night knowing we'd be leaving prior to the breakfast service the following morning. The boutique hotel was beautiful and very well kept.

Beautiful property, with lovely touches throughout the rooms and general areas. Beds are super comfortable and the shower is excellent. Location is also great, with many excellent restaurants close by and everything you'd want is walkable.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Check-in was extremely easy, hotel was easy to find and everything was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The rooms are extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and location, slightly removed from crowds but close enough walk to most things as long as your happy to walk 20minutes. This was ideal for us. The design of room itself was adorable, and breakfast was simple but well done. Cant wait to return to stay here.

As lovely as the photos we saw online. The staff was so friendly and our room was so sweet and cozy. We came for our honeymoon and we were greeted with a personalized note and wine. Wonderful setting close to the city center and Ponte Vecchio. Truly out of a story book!

We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey. We will absolutely be coming back next time we’re in Florence. I will be recommending to friends and family coming to Florence.

Beautiful place to stay in Firenze

I really like the interior design of the whole house. It is a bit of walk from the main station but it is easy to find and located in convenient place to sightsee Firenze. I also like the fact that they have ice cubes, water, and coffee free of charge in the kitchen. The garden we had a breakfast at has a good atmosphere. The owner is easy to get in touch on whatsapp and very helpful.

Love the aesthetics of this property and the breakfast was very good. Staff was lovely. Very communicative and easy check in and check out procedures. The vibe was very dark and cozy, which would be better if my eyesight wasn’t terrible these days. But I found a reading light over my pillow, and that helped a lot.

This was a perfect hotel for us. It is an oasis. The rooms are charming, quiet, and removed from the bustle of Firenze. But it is also very convenient. Everyone we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. This is what all city hotels should be like

This is a unique and quirky hotel. We’re made to feel very welcome. Excellent honesty bar area with free tea and coffee and fruit. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are decorated in an individual stylish way. A wonderful garden is available to have breakfast or sit in the evening. All in all a great treat to stay at One small issue was that one room upon initial entry had a sewerage smell which went when the windows were opened.

Gorgeous hotel and room, great breakfast. Ideal location within walking distance of most landmarks and sites. Only problem was our room (Room 1) was right next to the front entrance and on the street level, meaning it was extremely noisy and we didn't sleep at all. Really there shouldn't be a room there as I'm not sure how any one could sleep with the constant sound of cars and motorbikes and passerby. Had to get up out of bed in the middle of the night to ask guests convening in the hallway to please move along. Walls are so thin! It would be better used as a second communal space.

Hotel was a good location with some lovely bars and restaurants near by. However, I booked the suite and was quite disappointed. For the cost, I would expect an actual coffee machine and not instant coffee sticks and no milk. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room which seems to be an ongoing issue. No staff on site after 1pm which isn’t ideal.

My wife and I loved our stay at Ottantotto in early October. The room (#5) was typical european-sized, but nicely updated. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure and the hot water supply were abundant, although we had to run the hot water for quite a while before we received any hot water if nobody in the hotel had used the hot water supply in a while. Each morning's breakfast selection was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with a problem after we left the hotel! The hotel is conveniently located, and an easy walk across the Arno river into the old town and most of the sites you will visit while there. However, it is far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. Many choices are availble for dining in the area. If you are packing light and plan to do laundry while traveling, there is a 24 hour laundry located directly across the street from the hotel. Be advised that you'll need euros, since the credit card slot was inoperable. We'll be staying at this hotel again when we return to Florence!
