The staff was wonderful. The location was great and the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Parking is an issue in Sintra but the staff will work with you to sort it out. We really enjoyed our stay.

The incredibly friendly (Amazing) staff helped us make the most of our stay in Sintra. Great recommendations on ticket purchases for tours and options for restaurants. The hotel location in the heart of Sintra is ideal for visiting all the palaces.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We booked two rooms—both were comfortable but unfortunately had a noticeable mildew smell. In one room, it seemed the bathroom door was affected by water from the shower, and the second room had a stronger odor, possibly coming from the carpet. Although we had to leave early to catch a flight, the breakfast buffet looked fresh and well-prepared—we wish we’d had more time to enjoy it.

The room was nice, great location. That is there it ends. “Limited parking” means no parking. Didn’t have hot water the whole stay. Every time they said it was about to be fixed. No apology, nothing. The pictures of the property they have online are not even close to reality.

This is a good stay; I would come back without hesitation. Parking in hotel parking lot was a challenge but available. Street parking seemed abundant after hours so it may he preferable.
