"The hotel is far away from the city center, which is what we wanted. The sunset views are amazing , and the rooms are very well apointed and beautiful. The shuttle to and from v&a is very useful to go to the city, ubers are also very available. Breakfast is out of this world!!"
"Nice hotel with ocean view , conveniently located in front of a tourist bus stop… windows definitely need sound proof as the street is very noisy plus the wind coming from the beach
Breakfast buffet was ok , not so many options
Spa is amazing!
Staff is very friendly "

"There was a little mix up when we checked in. I booked a Club Room & when I asked about Lounge access, I was told it wasn’t part of the booking. The gal at the front desk called right after I got to my room to apologize for the mix up & yes we did have access to the Lounge. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! Longke (working at the front desk) was extremely helpful with information about surrounding areas & things to do at the Waterfront! He also kept us laughing!"

"An excellent hotel if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of St. George market and downtown CT. Not as fancy as the water front area but infinitely more interesting. "
